..well heloise and stewie was curious about how starfire's skirt "moves"......even when the air is still..
so, they got to the bottom of it
stewie reached up under starfire's skirt while she was floating low to run scans to see if there's any powers they could use...

they better watch out, lasers can come out of her eyes
