earthquakes and hurricanes

Last week, i've experienced my first earthquake....i know it's old news now, but it surprisingly gave me some inspiration......

and not long after that, hurricane irlene...where i was, it was nothing but rain and wind
luckily, my power didn't went out....and while a tree fell on my street, it didn't hit my house (although an infiniti was not spared).... i made two pics for that:

one for riding the storm safely indoors....(with generator on standby)

and one for being outdoors....(self explanitory)..

what a week....
